Terms and Conditions
Training payments
Payments are on a month by month basis scheduled on the 3rd or 18th of each month.
Your Annual Membership fee is automatically debited from the nominated account at the end of December (on the last business day) of each year from the nominated account.
Upgrade/Change in status
Upgrading or any change in status need to be specified.
Payment plan training fees require a contract to be signed. Ezi debit is a direct debit arrangement. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Holding Fees
Due to sickness or health reasons, fees may be placed on hold with a $20.00 per month charge to the account currently used.
Due to the low rate for children’s classes, training fees for children we do not suspend.
Your child’s training plan is for 1 class per week. We encourage children to train more so we extend our offer for up to three classes per week per child’s training plan if your child wishes to train more with no additional charges.
Cancellation policy
A training month in advance notice in writing or via e-mail is needed for Cancellation. The student is required to live out one month from there next scheduled payment.
Refund policy
Please note that refunds will not be available for change of mind returns when purchasing 10 lesson cards, Private lessons or Seminars. Membership fees are non- refundable.
Dishonored Payments
Please feel free to contact us if a payment date needs to be adjusted earlier or later than your regular scheduled date to avoid a dishonor fee from your nominated account.
Training payments are to be valued. If a payment has been dishonored or overlooked and you do not contact the school with a preferred date, the dishonored payment will automatically debit on the next working day and an additional debit fee we are charged. $21.90 dishonored fee will automatically be charged from Ezi debit.
Public Holidays
The Academy is closed on all Public holidays. The Academy is closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period, one week in December and one week in January.
Please make up for any missed classes throughout the year.
