This program introduces novices to a brief full body warm up then covers some basic Wing Chun principles/ applicable self defence techniques emphasizing balance and technique over speed and power.
The session will conclude by following the instructors performing the first form, Shil Lim Tao form which is a choreographed routine emphasizing balance, economy of motion, calmness of breath and correct energy through a myriad of techniques within the Wing Chun system. This routine can be viewed as a moving meditation.
